Take KY-32 towards Flemingsburg.
When you reach the outskirts of Flemingsburg, enter the by-pass by turning left at the first stop light (you will see a McDonald's on your left as you reach this stop light).
After 1.6 miles, you will reach another stop light (this is the end of the Flemingsburg by-pass). Turn left.
